• Who ARE you people? My Sony VAIO quit recognizing its hard drive. I tried to wrestle with Windows device manager. I tried to fight my way through the VAIO on-line support. I did all kinds of stuff. • After trying unsuccessfully to buy a new drive locally, I tripped over Digital Support who offered a free online fix. I downloaded and ran the utility, and was given a precise description of the problem. I inserted a Data CD which had previously not worked, and the contents appeared on-screen.
