This article describes how to check the status of mail-in rebate offers that are associated with a Microsoft product that is purchased from a retailer. The Microsoft Mail-in Rebates Processing team is available to help customers in North America who need assistance with any of the following issues:
Contact the Microsoft Rebate Processing Center as follows:
- Your rebate coupon is missing.
- The rebate information is incomplete or incorrect. For example, the rebate address is missing from the coupon.
- You never received the rebate.
- You want to check the status of your rebate. Please allow six to eight weeks for delivery of your rebate check.
