Introduction

This article describes how to check the status of mail-in rebate offers that are associated with a Microsoft product that is purchased from a retailer. The Microsoft Mail-in Rebates Processing team is available to help customers in North America who need assistance with any of the following issues:
  • Your rebate coupon is missing.
  • The rebate information is incomplete or incorrect. For example, the rebate address is missing from the coupon.
  • You never received the rebate.
  • You want to check the status of your rebate. Please allow six to eight weeks for delivery of your rebate check.
Microsoft does not share the information that you provide with third parties without your consent, except when it is necessary to complete the services or transactions that you requested, or as required by law.
