SYMPTOMS

If Norton CrashGuard is running, your computer stops responding when you start or quit Virtual PC for Mac.

CAUSE

This problem occurs because some versions of Norton CrashGuard are not compatible with Virtual PC.

RESOLUTION

Microsoft does not recommend the use of Norton CrashGuard with Virtual PC for Mac.
