SYMPTOMS

When you connect your Palm Tungsten T Handheld device to your computer, you may not be able to synchronize or to communicate with the device in a virtual machine. This problem occurs even though the virtual machine recognizes the device.

CAUSE

This behavior occurs because Virtual PC for Mac does not support this configuration.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Virtual PC for Mac version 6.0.
