When you try to view the Free/Busy information of a shared calendar that belongs to someone else in Microsoft Office Outlook 2003, in Microsoft Outlook 2002, or in MSN, The Microsoft Network, you may receive an error message that is similar to the following message: You receive the error message even though the person who owns the shared calendar has given you permission to access the shared calendar.

This problem occurs if you have not restarted Outlook 2003, Outlook 2002, or reopened MSN, after the person who owns the shared calendar gave you permission to access the shared calendar.

To resolve this problem, you must re-start Outlook 2003, Outlook 2002, or reopen MSN.
