Information about update notification in Groove
INTRODUCTION
This article describes the update notification behavior in Groove Virtual Office and in Groove Workspace.

If Groove Virtual Office is configured to search for updates, it will contact the component server every two weeks to see whether there are new versions of Groove components. If Groove Workspace is configured to search for updates, it will look for new versions of the Groove System Installer and Groove Installer Service every week. Additionally, Groove Workspace will look for new versions of the Groove Core Components every two weeks. If you decline to install a Groove update, you will not be prompted again until the next search.

- On the Options menu, click Preferences, and then click the Options tab.
- Under Product Update Settings, click an update option in the Download and install updates on this computer list, and then click OK.
