How to find more information if you receive a Stop error during or after a Groove installation

You may receive a Stop error in Microsoft Windows during or after the installation of one of the programs that are listed in the "Applies to" section.

A Stop error indicates a hardware problem. For example, the stop error may indicate a problem with the hard disk, the hard disk controller, the memory, or a device driver. Although Groove products cannot directly cause a Stop error, they may access the problematic hardware or driver to trigger the error.
