A change in your identity name is not immediately displayed in Groove Workspace

SYMPTOMS

After you change your identity name in Groove Workspace, the change is not immediately displayed.

CAUSE

Groove Workspace 2.5 and earlier versions of Groove do not immediately display the new identity name when you click Set as Default.

RESOLUTION

To update the display in these versions of Groove, move to a new tool or account tab.

Note Groove Virtual Office 3.x immediately displays the new identity name.
