You cannot use an expired Groove Management Server account backup file to restore a Groove account
INTRODUCTION
This article discusses that you cannot use an expired Groove account backup file to restore a Groove account.
MORE INFORMATION
If you use Microsoft Office Groove Server 2007 Manager or Groove Enterprise Management Server to automatically create account backup files, make sure that the backup occurs at least every 59 days. The account backup files expire after 59 days. If an account backup file expires, you cannot use that account backup file to restore the Groove account. Instead, you must create a new account.
In Groove 2007, you can avoid this 60-day limitation by requesting and applying hotfix 935874.
