A computer appears multiple times in the Groove domain list of managed devices if the management domain registry file was run more than one time on that computer

SYMPTOMS

The same computer will appear multiple times in the Groove domain list of managed devices if the Management Domain registry file was run more than one time on that computer.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
  1. Log on to the Groove Manager Server 2007 or Groove Management Server as an Administrator.
  2. Locate the device that has the most recent date.
  3. Remove the older instances of that device.
