How to determine which version of Groove Enterprise Relay Server you are using

This article describes how to determine which version of Microsoft Office Server Groove Relay or Groove Enterprise Relay Server you are using.

To determine which version of the Groove relay server you are running, follow these steps:
Note If you configured Groove Enterprise Relay Server for administrative access over Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), you can also see the version information on the Statistics page.
If the Groove Enterprise Relay Server build entry is on more than one line, the Build label is vertically centered relative to the entry. In this case, the build number is not directly aligned with the Build label. It is positioned one line higher.
- Click Start, click Run, type cmd, and then click OK.
- Move to the Groove relay installation folder. To do this, type one of the following commands, and then press ENTER:
- For Groove Server Relay: cd \Program Files\Microsoft Office Server\12.0\Groove\Groove Relay\
- For Enterprise Relay Server: cd \Program Files\Groove Networks \Groove Relay\
- For Groove Server Relay:
- Type the following command, and then press ENTER:
relay -v
