How to print a Groove discussion topic and all its responses without having to print each item

This article describes how to print a Groove Virtual Office discussion topic and all its responses without having to print each item.

Groove Virtual Office 3.x cannot print a discussion thread in one operation. To work around this issue, export the data, and then import the data to a program that has print functions. To do this, follow these steps:
- On the File menu, point to Export To, and then select a format type. For example, select Rich Text.
- In the Export Record(s) to File dialog box, select a location, enter a file name, and then click Save.
- Open the file by using an application that supports that file type, edit as it is needed, and then print from that application. For example, you can open a Rich Text file in WordPad.
