Error message when you log on to an account that is created in Groove Virtual Office 3.x and imported into a Groove Workspace 2.0 installation over a managed Groove 2.0 account: "Linked binary document not found"

SYMPTOMS

Consider the following scenario. You import an account that was created in Groove Virtual Office 3.x to Groove Workspace 2.0 over a managed account that was created in Groove Workspace 2.0. When you do this, you are forced to upgrade to Groove Virtual Office 3.x.

The upgrade may succeed. However, when you try to log on to the newly imported account, the logon fails. Additionally, you receive the following error message:
Linked binary document not found.
