You cannot synchronize to a Groove Mobile Workspace for SharePoint site after you install the Rights Management add-in for Internet Explorer in Groove Workspace 2.5
SYMPTOMS
You install the Rights Management add-in for Microsoft Internet Explorer. After you do this, you cannot synchronize to a Groove Mobile Workspace for SharePoint site when you use Groove Workspace 2.5.
CAUSE
This issue occurs because the Rights Management add-in registers the 3.0 version of the MSXML XMLHTTP object. Groove uses this object to transfer SharePoint document library files.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, upgrade to Groove Virtual Office 3.x. Groove Virtual Office uses another version of MSXML to avoid this issue.
