While attempting to connect to Games for Windows LIVE service, you receive the error message: "Can't connect to LIVE. Error Code 0x8015193"

SYMPTOMS
When you try to connect to the Games for Windows – LIVE service, you may receive the following error message:
ERROR MESSAGE: "Can’t connect to LIVE. Error Code 0x8015193"
CAUSE
This problem may occur if CyberSitter 9.0 or an earlier version of CyberSitter is installed on your computer. CyberSitter 9.0 and earlier versions of CyberSitter are incompatible with the Games for Windows – LIVE service. If CyberSitter is running, it may block other programs from connecting to the Games for Windows – LIVE service.
THINGS TO TRY
Try the following methods to fix the problem.
Method 1: Stop CyberSitter
If CyberSitter is running, exit the program. If you continue to experience this problem when CyberSitter is not running, follow the steps in Method 2 to remove CyberSitter.Method 2: Remove CyberSitter
Windows Vista
- Click Start, type programs and features in the Start Search box, and then press ENTER.
- In the list of programs, click CyberSitter, and then click Uninstall.
- If you are prompted to confirm that you want to remove the program, click Yes.
If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click Allow.
Windows XP
- Click Start, click Run, type appwiz.cpl in the Open box, and then press ENTER.Collapse this image

- If you are prompted to confirm that you want to remove the program, click Yes.
