Symptom: When you launch Easy Media Creator 8, a Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library dialog is displayed indicating that a Runtime error has occurred.
Error Message: “Runtime Error!, Program: ...\...\RoxWatchTray.exe, This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the applications support team for more information.”
Possible Cause: The RoxioDB service has been disabled.
Resolution: Modify the system registry settings to set the RoxioDB service for automatic startup.
