SP 54307: A Runtime Error occurs when launching Easy Media Creator 9

Symptom: When you launch Easy Media Creator 9, a Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library dialog is displayed indicating that a Runtime error has occurred.
Error Message: “Runtime Error!, Program: ...\...\RoxWatchTray9.exe, This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the applications support team for more information.”
Possible Cause: The RoxioDB9 service has been disabled.
Resolution: Modify the system registry settings to set the RoxioDB9 service for automatic startup.
