SP 54100: The CD/DVD burning program does report actual writing speed

Symptom: When you burn a CD/DVD with Nero, the actual writing speed is not displayed in the status dialog. The status dialog will instead display the writing speed selected by the user.
Resolution: Modify the system registry settings to enable the display of the actual writing speed when burning a CD/DVD with Nero.
