SP 51222: Double-clicking an Excel workbook results in an error

Symptom: When you double-click on a Microsoft Excel workbook (.xlsx file) in Microsoft Windows Explorer, Excel may start, but the file does not open. An error message indicating that the file could not be found is displayed.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the Excel 2007 settings to enable Excel workbooks to be opened when double-clicked.
