SP 51593: Enable "Align Right" button in "Home" tab in Excel 2007

Details: When you open a document in Excel 2007, "Align Right" button in "Home" tab is grey. The button is usually enabled by default and users do not normally change this. The issue may be caused by the modification of some registry key. This change will enable "Align Right" button in "Home" tab in Excel 2007
