SP 51813: Enable "Spelling" button in "Quick Access" tool bar in Excel 2007

Details: When you open a document in Excel 2007, you may find that "Spelling" button in Quick Access tool bar is grey. The button is usually enabled by default and users do not normally change this. The issue may be caused by the modification of some registry key. This change will enable "Spelling" button in "Quick Access" tool bar in Excel 2007
