SP 50270: Enable “Toolbar Tips” in Firefox

Symptom: When you place the mouse cursor over any of the buttons in the toolbar, the “Toolbar Tip” (short description of the button function) is not displayed.
Resolution: This change will modify the Firefox settings to enable the “Toolbar Tips”.
Additional Information: For this change to take effect, you must twice consecutively start and exit Firefox.
