SP 50273: Focus is not transferred when opening a new tab in Firefox

Symptom: When you click on a link or select a bookmark that opens into a new tab in Firefox, you will notice that the browser focus does not transfer to the new tab, but instead remains with the current tab where the link or bookmark was selected.
Resolution: This change will modify your Firefox settings to restore the default behavior of transferring the browser focus to a new tab when it is opened.
Additional Information: For this change to take effect, you must twice consecutively start and exit Firefox.
