SP 50310: A blinking text cursor is displayed on every webpage in Firefox

Symptom: When browsing web pages with Firefox, you will notice that a blinking text cursor (the straight blinking line that you get in text boxes, word documents, etc...) is displayed on every webpage.
Resolution: This change modifies your Firefox settings to disable the Accessibility option titled “Always use cursor keys to navigate in web pages.” If you have this option enabled, you will see a text cursor on every page that only moves within the page.
Additional Information: For this change to take effect, you must twice consecutively start and exit Firefox.
