SP 50593: Automatic Translation is currently enabled in Firefox

Symptom: When you place the cursor over a word in a webpage, a pop up box with a language translation of the word is displayed.
Resolution: Automatic Translation is not a feature of Firefox, but is a feature of a Firefox extension, i.e. Google Toolbar. This change will modify the Firefox settings to disable Automatic Translation.
Additional Information: For this change to take effect, you must twice consecutively start and exit Firefox.
