SP 50600: Cookies are disallowed in Firefox

Symptom: When cookies are disallowed in Firefox, you will notice that some web pages do not work properly. As an example, you may be denied login access to an account if cookies from the web site are disallowed.
Resolution: This change will examine and modify your Firefox settings to enable cookies.
Additional Information: For this change to take effect, you must twice consecutively start and exit Firefox.
