SP 50692: Extensions cannot be installed in Firefox

Symptom: When you attempt to install a Firefox extension, you will notice that nothing happens when you try to install the extension by dragging the xpi file into Firefox. The software installation option may have been disabled based on security issues.
Resolution: This change modifies your Firefox settings to enable the “xpinstall.enabled” preference setting to allow you to install a Firefox extension.
Additional Information: For this change to take effect, you must twice consecutively start and exit Firefox.
