SP 51016: Enable Bookmarks to be saved in Firefox

Symptom: When you bookmark a webpage, the bookmark is saved only for the current session. When you restart Firefox, the bookmark is no longer available in the “Bookmarks” menu.
Resolution: This change will examine and modify certain file permissions in the Firefox “Profiles” directory.
Additional Information: For this change to take effect, you must twice consecutively start and exit Firefox.
