SP 52058: The Download Manager does not retain download history

Symptom: When you start the Firefox Download Manager, you will notice that your download history has not been retained in the Downloads window.
Resolution: This change will modify the Firefox settings to enable download history to be retained and displayed in the Downloads window.
Additional Information: For this change to take effect, you must twice consecutively start and exit Firefox.
