SP 52097: Enable “Referer Header” in Firefox

Symptom: When downloading files from some websites, you may be presented with an error message that the website needs the header information.
Resolution: This change will modify the Firefox settings to enable the “Referer Header”.
Additional Information: For this change to take effect, you must twice consecutively start and exit Firefox.
