SP 52209: Enable “Block pop-up windows” in Firefox

Symptom: When browsing websites, “Pop-up” or “Pop-under” window advertisements are not blocked.
Resolution: This change will modify the Firefox settings to enable the “Block pop-up windows” option in “Tools -> Options -> Content”.
Additional Information: For this change to take effect, you must twice consecutively start and exit Firefox.
