SP 52212: Enable “Flash” blocking in Firefox

Symptom: When browsing websites, “Flash” advertisements are not blocked.
Resolution: This change will modify the Firefox settings to enable “Flash” blocking.
Additional Information: For this change to take effect, you must twice consecutively start and exit Firefox.
