SP 52230: Middle clicking on a link does not open a new tab in Firefox

Symptom: When you place the cursor on a link and click either the scroll wheel or middle button on your mouse, the link does not open in a new tab.
Resolution: This change will modify the Firefox settings to enable new tabs when you middle click a link.
Additional Information: For this change to take effect, you must twice consecutively start and exit Firefox.
