SP 52254: Auto Complete not displaying entries from Bookmarks/History

Symptom: When you type in the address bar, the Auto Complete dropdown list does not show entries from your bookmarks/history (unless they have been specifically typed into the location/URL bar).
Resolution: This change will modify the Firefox settings to enable Auto Complete to display entries from your bookmarks/history.
Additional Information: For this change to take effect, you must twice consecutively start and exit Firefox.
