SP 52265: Enable file saving in Firefox

Symptom: When downloading or saving files in Firefox, you may receive an error message that Firefox is unable to save files.
Error Message: "<filename> could not be saved, because the source file could not be read."
Resolution: This change will examine and modify certain file permissions in the Firefox “Profiles” directory.
Additional Information: For this change to take effect, you must twice consecutively start and exit Firefox.
