SP 52299: The Clear Private Data dialog is not displayed in Firefox

Symptom: When you select the “Tools => Clear Private Data” menu item, the pop-up dialog with a list of data items to be cleared is not displayed.
Resolution: This change will modify the Firefox settings to enable the Clear Private Data pop-up dialog.
Additional Information: For this change to take effect, you must twice consecutively start and exit Firefox.
