SP 52312: Compatibility checking is not performed in Firefox

Symptom: When adding or updating add-ons or extensions, Firefox does not check the Compatibility of the add-ons or extensions. This may cause improper behavior of the application.
Resolution: This change will modify the Firefox settings to enable Compatibility checking when adding or updating add-ons or extension.
Additional Information: For this change to take effect, you must twice consecutively start and exit Firefox.
