SP 52314: Multi-frame GIF animations do not run in Firefox

Symptom: When you browse to a website with Multi-frame GIF animations, the animation fails to run or Firefox is unable to load the images for the animation.
Resolution: This change will modify the Firefox settings to enable Multi-frame GIF animations.
Additional Information: For this change to take effect, you must twice consecutively start and exit Firefox.
