SP 52345: Tabbed pages do not have the “Close Tab” button in Firefox

Symptom: When there are tabbed web pages in Firefox, the “Close Tab” button is missing on the tab of each tabbed page.
Resolution: This change will modify the Firefox settings to enable the “Close Tab” button.
Additional Information: For this change to take effect, you must twice consecutively start and exit Firefox.
