SP 52377: Blinking text is shown as static text in Firefox

Symptom: When browsing web pages that incorporate blinking text, Firefox displays the blinking text as static text.
Resolution: This change will modify the Firefox settings to enable blinking text.
Additional Information: For this change to take effect, you must twice consecutively start and exit Firefox.
