SP 52404: Disable the “Do not use OCSP for certificate validation” option in Firefox

Symptom: If OCSP (Online Certificate Status Protocol) is enabled, you may receive errors when you visit secure sites and the OCSP service chosen is either malfunctioning or not available.
Error Message: “Error trying to validate certificate from <website name> using OCSP – unauthorized request”.
Resolution: This change will modify the Firefox settings to disable the “Do not use OCSP for certificate validation” option in the “Verification” dialog under the “Encryption” tab in “Tools => Options => Advanced”.
Additional Information: For this change to take effect, you must twice consecutively start and exit Firefox.
