SP 52448: Enable update warning in Firefox

Symptom: When updating Firefox to the next revision, there is no warning message indicating that the update may disable some add-ons or extensions.
Resolution: This change will modify the Firefox settings to enable update warning.
Additional Information: For this change to take effect, you must twice consecutively start and exit Firefox.
