SP 52457: Middle clicking on a link opens a new tab in the foreground

Symptom: When you middle click on a link, Firefox opens a new tab in the foreground. By default, Firefox normally opens a new tab in the background.
Resolution: This change will modify the Firefox settings to open new tabs in the background.
Additional Information: For this change to take effect, you must twice consecutively start and exit Firefox.
