SP 52467: Search suggestions not displayed when using the search bar

Symptom: When you type in the search bar, the dropdown list of search suggestions is not displayed.
Resolution: This change will modify the Firefox settings to enable search suggestions when you type in the search bar.
Additional Information: For this change to take effect, you must twice consecutively start and exit Firefox.
