SP 52488: Home page not displayed in Firefox

Symptom: When you start Firefox, your home page does not load and fails to be displayed in the browser.
Resolution: This change will modify the Firefox settings to enable the browser to load and display your home page.
Additional Information: For this change to take effect, you must twice consecutively start and exit Firefox.
