SP 52575: Firefox cannot connect to websites by proxy

Symptom: When connecting to websites by proxy in Firefox, you may receive any of the following error messages that the connection has failed.
Error Message: “This document contains no data”; “The connection was refused when attempting to contact <website>”; “Server not found”.
Possible Cause: Proxy Pipelining may be enabled. Multiple requests can be sent to a website before any responses are received. This is known as pipelining. Pipelining reduces page loading times, but not all servers support it. Some servers may even behave strangely if they receive pipelined requests.
Resolution: This change will modify the Firefox settings to disable Proxy Pipelining.
Additional Information: For this change to take effect, you must twice consecutively start and exit Firefox.
