SP 52624: Enable HTTP cache in Firefox

Symptom: When HTTP caching is disabled in Firefox, web pages must be downloaded from the server each time it is redisplayed. An example of web page redisplay would be the use of the back or forward browser buttons.
Resolution: This change will modify the Firefox settings to enable HTTP caching.
Additional Information: For this change to take effect, you must twice consecutively start and exit Firefox.
