SP 52694: The Bookmark Backup feature is disabled in Firefox

Symptom: Any bookmarks that you have created in Firefox are not backed up. You may not be able to restore your Firefox bookmarks in the event of a system crash.
Resolution: This change will modify the Firefox settings to enable the Bookmark Backup feature. The Bookmark Backup feature compensates for the relatively common case of bookmarks being lost due to a system crash. By default, five sets of bookmarks are kept in the Bookmark Backups folder.
Additional Information: For this change to take effect, you must twice consecutively start and exit Firefox.
