SP 52744: Enable “Browser Frames” in Firefox

Symptom: An error message may display when browsing websites that use HTML frames.
Error Message: "You do not have Browser Frames Enabled in Firefox."
Resolution: This change will modify the Firefox settings to enable “Browser Frames”.
Additional Information: For this change to take effect, you must twice consecutively start and exit Firefox.
