SP 52790: The Popup Blocker message is not displayed in Firefox

Symptom: The popup blocker message is not displayed at the top of the browser window when Firefox blocks a popup window.
Possible Cause: The display of Browser messages in Firefox is currently disabled.
Resolution: This change will modify the Firefox settings to enable the display of Browser messages.
Additional Information: For this change to take effect, you must twice consecutively start and exit Firefox.
